Blockers refer to external or internal hindrances that might affect the progress of Key Results. Some most common blockers include; a lack of resources, unrealistic Objectives, lack of leadership, bad behavior, etc. In the OKR framework, these blockers are generally discussed with the team before setting goals. The team members then devise a plan/strategy to overcome these barriers.
