When a company hires new employees, it sends them an offer letter, which is a document that the company uses to make the employment offer. And this is termed offer acceptance when the candidate accepts the offer. The offer letter acceptance rate is a statistic that evaluates the rate at which job offers are accepted by selected employees following the interview. The rate is referred to as OAR which stands for offer acceptance rate.
The number of candidates who accepted the offer is shown as a percentage in an OAR. A higher offer letter acceptance rate indicates that the recruiting process went well for the candidates and that the job offers are appealing. When a company’s offer letter acceptance rate falls, it has a much harder time finding talented and desirable employees.
“I was able to implement the platform on my own. It helps in assigning the tasks to other employees, conducting surveys & polls & much more. The ease of use & self-onboarding is something that I would like to appreciate.”
