What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing?

The process of outsourcing in businesses is important and common nowadays. The process saves time and also improves the efficiency of the organization. This process is also referred to as RPO. In this process, the company mainly hires an external third party who is assigned the entire responsibility and duties of the hiring process. The RPO vendor is the person who will be looking after the hiring process completely and will be hiring fresh and eligible talents. 

According to the regulations of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association, recruitment process outsourcing is a part of or form of Business process outsourcing. In this, hiring is entirely assigned to the outsourcing provider. The efficiency of the company’s hiring process increases from 40% to 50%, and time consumption during this process will be less.
