Google extends remote work till Sep 2021, mulls flexible office
Google has extended work from home till September 2021 and when the offices reopen, employees may rejoin the workplace for three days a week and work from home on the rest of the days. According to a report in the New York Times, the Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai has written an email to members of staff, saying that the company is considering a “fully hybrid workforce model”.

Zomato Closes $660 Mn Funding Round With 10 New Investors On Board
Zomato has announced the closing of a $660 Mn round with 10 new investors joining the company’s cap table. Co-founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal announced on Twitter that Tiger Global, Kora Capital, Luxor, Fidelity (FMR), D1 Capital, Baillie Gifford, Mirae, and Steadview are among the new investors, many of whom had already been announced as investors in the company in past months. Zomato has raised the round at a post-money valuation of $3.9 Bn.

Infosys to prefer a flexible ‘hybrid’ work model for employees
