  • Knowledge of new educational methods and web-based learning platforms 
  • good command of the rules of corporate information security 
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to clearly explain technical concepts 

Job Responsibilities

  • analyze the gaps in your IT skills. 
  • Create technical documentation using clear language 
  • Train team members on the everyday tools and programs they utilize according to their roles. 
  • Investigate and suggest learning methods (like TalentLMS and WiZDOM Enterprise)  
  • Use educational techniques to keep trainees interested (e.g. gamification-based platforms) 
  • teach new hires how to utilize the hardware and software properly 
  • Conduct frequent system security trainings for the entire organization. 
  • Analyze each educational session’s efficacy 
  • Keep current records of the training materials and program. 
  • Review the organization’s computer use and cybersecurity procedures.
